"The rooms are small and fair condition for older place. Beds, pillows, bedding very comfy, slept well. Bathroom recently upgraded. Has a walk in closet off bathroom that has lots of space. Continental breakfast isn’t much is adequate and pleasant seating area. Had one small issue and staff were very quick and nice to help. We stayed in the back part furthest from road and was very quiet. A little worn down but clean and very comfy. Staff were friendly."

"Best location on shore of Lake Powell above Wahweap Marina. Room needed updating, but it was clean enough, bed was comfy, good quality bedding and towels, fridge in room, great AC, nice balcony. My only complaints were the bathroom sink and vanity were old, beat up, and leaky, and the hall was never vacuumed during our 4-day stay. We had a really nice view of the marina and lake. The Rainbow Room was excellent for breakfast buffet and delicious dinner. It's pricey, but worth it for the incredible floor-to-ceiling 180 degree view of Lake Powell and the cliffs and buttes. We did the Dam Boat Tour that departs from the lobby and it was great. The entire resort property is very nice with easy parking. Beware the line to check in gets extremely long and takes quite a while!"
