"It was a nice hotel, we just had issues with the TV and it took a long time to get it solved and we had to go to the front office twice for them to help. "

"The room was super homey, cozy and clean! I wish we stayed here for more than just one night! Location was great, highly recommend the pizza place next door and the gas station next door on the other side was super convenient. The front desk receptionist was lovely and let us store our luggage there after checkout as we had heard that there were break ins at trailheads on the north cascades highway. Lots of hang out areas on the property both inside and outside so great for groups. Overall a peaceful area to stay!"

Loved the deck with the river view, and really appreciated the hot tub reservations so that it wasn't crowded, beds were comfortable. Winthrop is a charming town and everyone there including hotel staff, was very kind and helpful. "
