"I was contacted at approx 4 pm on 11 April to tell me that my reservation had been cancelled. I was driving from Fayetteville,NC and experienced car problems that caused me to seek help. After I got a rental car and was 20 minutes away from the hotel the call came in. Person on the phone stated that my RESERVATION was cancelled because “This hotel does not serve NC residents “. When I made my reservation I did not see anything stating this. I was all ready upset behind car troubles then to get this call made it unbearable. I will NEVER reserve with this place again."

"Convenient location for travel. Complimentary drinks and dinner were a nice surprise. Lots of seating for dinner and breakfast buffets. Clean and quiet. Very friendly staff."

"Stayed with family of five. Room was good size. Hotel has a pool, free parking, breakfast, a fitness gym. Stayed here as it was about 15 mins from amusement park. "

"Parking lot was full every night. Many oversized vehicles parked in compact spaces and truck/trailers taking up multiple spaces so I had to park down the road on the street. This felt very unsafe and I would not recommend it to solo female travelers. "

"The day of my arrival, I called several times to see if I could get an early check-in, the last time I spoke with someone, the person ask if I had gotten an email letting me know that the elevator isn’t working. I hadn’t checked my email at that point so I couldn’t confirm. She told me that they were giving 5,0000 point = 1 night stay for the inconvenience. When I go to check-in, I was then told that I could’ve cancelled for free. I was not given that option on the phone and could have booked somewhere else, closer to where I was staying. Overall, the staff was good, friendly and accommodating, The room was also nice, but I would probably not book here again. "
