Wintersdorf Trip

The hotel is in a great location and easy to get around. The piano bar is wonderful. The pool is very small and the staff was not very helpful and helping us understand what was available to us. Never did they ever mention any of their accommodations to us at check-in it was very mechanical and not very personable.

Absolutely beautiful resort hotel and casino has great restaurants and everything you need down to shops all in this one place. Highly recommended very clean new hotel.

After spending decades in and out of Miami Beach — and even having a place here 30 years ago — I can confidently say that the Shelborne is the best hotel in Miami. It’s incredibly clean, modern, and beautifully designed, yet it still preserves the personality and charm that so many hotels have lost. The facilities are outstanding, and the location is simply unbeatable — truly the best spot in Miami Beach. This hotel understands luxury without feeling pretentious.
