"Best Western Plus has come a long way from the Best Westerns I remember years ago. We stayed at the Winter Haven location, and it exceeded our expectations.
The hotel appears to be fairly new, so everything felt clean, fresh, and well maintained. The staff was genuinely welcoming, helpful, and engaging. When I mentioned that my husband was staying there because he had a proctored exam the next morning, the front desk associate proactively checked our room location and moved us to a quieter area with no neighboring rooms. We hadn’t asked for special accommodations, so that thoughtful gesture meant a great deal to us.
Our suite was spotless, tastefully decorated with modern finishes, and very comfortable. The bed was excellent, with soft linens and down pillows. The lighting was particularly well designed, with multiple options, including soft headboard lights that were perfect for reading. The room temperature and airflow were also exceptional, making for a great night’s sleep.
The complimentary hot breakfast was fresh and well prepared with a good variety of options.
Overall, I’d rate this stay a 9.8 out of 10. We would absolutely stay here again."
