10/10. Resort was clean, lovely, so much to do. Staff were wonderful in every area. Room was fantastic. Pools were clean, arcade was great, our whole family had lots of fun! The only thing we would have improved was the weather :)

Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa Universal Studios Area
This is a huge hotel. There was no direction in regards of where anything was. Staff pretty much didn’t care. Had to pay $34 day for parking. The music is extreme and loud at the pool area.
