"We had a 4 day reservation booked four months in advance and attempted to confirm late check in week prior to visit and provide additional payment since flight arrived at midnight. Were told okay to late check in but staff and no on additional payment. Then day of reservation while mid flight received email to confirm payment method not by hotel but Hotels.com. Called minute after flight landed earliest time we could make call and found our hotel room was given away because we did not contact before check in. This was hotels.com acting as go between hotel and myself. Even though we had already confirmed late check in and no way of changing this mid flight received email. Was then told by hotels.com one room left but they could not book and we had to call hotel directly. Called hotel and tried to book but was told that hotels.com did not place hold on room convo with hotel staff and had nothing left. Tried to ask hotel staff about other IHG hotels and was given no direction, phone numbers anything and basically cut me off. So without place to stay in city that was fully booked for WCWs stay for 4 days. Found another IHG Express hotel by calling myself that was fully booked but their helpful staff helped us find another IHG partner hotel with a room available and even helped call ahead to hotel on our behalf. Will Never use hotel.com to book again or recommend the first IHG hotel that cancelled our reservation."

"Ac was broken took multiple days to fix. TV didn't work for that long either. Was questioned about the people in my group when I was there for a softball r for my daughter. I wouldn't recommend staying here."

"We picked this location as it has an 8 rating and a pool. Upon arrival it was not clear how this property received that rating. It smelled of smoke and air freshener and was not well cleaned. After check in, I went to the lobby to ask a question only to find out that the pool chemicals had been tested and it was unsuitable for swimming and would be closing immediately. My daughter was currently in the pool. It was very frustrating to find out the only reason we chose that hotel was no longer suitable for swimming and she had been in a pool that was not safe."

"The hotel was pretty meh overall. But the service provided by the day time front desk staff, especially Jordan, was horrendous. We stayed a few days and then our transmission died so we were waiting on a vehicle, and to get into our Airbnb, but check in was a couple of hours. So we needed to stay in the lobby and out of the 91 degree heat due to our 12 month old baby. The earlier lady was permissive, but it wasn't until Jordan threatened my wife and called the cops on her claiming she was loitering. No options were given, no additional days, rental of the pool, or anything. Just very rude antagonistic anti service. She was breastfeeding our son and Jordan woke him up with the loud threats and then he gawked at her as she sat exposed on the couch. He claimed it wasn't his fault and he didn't care. No compassion, no consideration. Really awful. I've never seen service this horrible personally before. The rooms themselves were less than ideal, with strange red stains on the walls and near the sockets, the shampoo kept dripping in the shower, and the overall level of maintenance was just low for the building. I didn't realize it would be worse then staying at a cheap motel. A motel 6 would have been better. The pool was supposed to be open, but had a maintenance sign saying it was closed. There was a torn up and derelict ceiling in the lobby. And the breakfast was awful. The second worst continental I've ever had. The only good thing was how close it was to Ray's BBQ"

"Nice clean rooms, didnt like the beds, very uncomfortable ! Breakfast was a joke! Some cold cereal, yogurt or a muffin or bagel! At least the coffee was warm!! Coffee in the room was only enough for 1 cup!!"
