"A great place to stay near Winona’s east lake and the best place to hike in the city, sugar loaf. After a long day of adventures outside the shower felt amazing and I fell asleep almost immediately waking up to a wonderful breakfast."

"Loved the adorable giant pool statue-decorations-toys in the kiddie/ wading pool area!! Our own kids are older, but I am SURE younger ones would be thrilled by this! A baby whale with a water-spout fountain? How delightful! (Okay - I DID climb on the giant dragon sofa/ decoration in the adjoining room. That’s a young at heart pic!) I loved the nifty exercise equipment there too! I finally figured-out how to work such a treadmill and elliptical machine! Okay, that’s pleasant enough! I REALLY ENJOYED their substancial, varied, quality and generous free BREAKFAST offerings!!! The hot, microwaved breakfast sandwich I had was hearty and delicious!!! There was also a totally convenient, attached bar and grill available, but we didn’t get to use it this trip. The view of the hills from our window in the morning was lovely. I highly recommend this place!!! The price, on orbitz, was great too! Thanks!"

"It was a nice place with decent amenities. The breakfast bar was fantastic with many hot options and wide variety of everything. The employee in charge of the breakfast spread was very friendly and did a great job of keeping things full. Beds were comfy and room was quiet Nice shower as well. Convenient to downtown lacrosse and Onalaska."

"This was a pleasant surprise. The woodsy, cabin vibes were great. We were treated to a drink token at the bar, which was totally unexpected. We enjoyed it very much. Rooms were nice and comfortable. Breakfast was good. it was a quick night stay so we didn't enjoy the other amenities like the pool. I would recommend. "
