"I had a very pleasant stay. The room was very comfortable. The location is close to the Botanical Garden and the lake, but also not far from the town center. "

"The room was spotless, bathroom very clean and modern, bed super comfy. What stood out was the ample car spaces provided, being car enthusiasts and being up there for the Colac Moto Fest, it’s always a concern when parking our vehicles, definitely not the case here, definitely be back "

"I chose the Maids' Quarters primarily because it had two separate bedrooms with a queen sized bed in each. It turns out there was so much more to enjoy in this accomodation. The tastefully done furnishings and fittings, the fully stocked kitchen, the spaciousness, the quiet at night. Gary met us when we arrived and was happy to answer any question and give us tips on local eateries. Overall we were delighted with the property. It was very clean and comfortable and we did not want for anything."

"Practical sized room for an overnight stay. Bathroom shower water wet a larger area than I’d like, hot water was excellent. We dined at the same venue, simple well proportioned meals at very good value and taste. We would stay again for sure. "
