"House was good. Letting agency came across poorly. Request for slightly late checkout was rejected out of hand - they said the house was let that same night and they needed to clean, but online booking showed house was NOT rented and Coles Bay was dead as a doornail while we were ther with most houses dark at night so the cleaning staff were certainly not busy. If you Google them you will find they refused refunds during COVID."

Reported to the property managers who basically said if you feel threatened vacate!!! And call TAZ Fire. We ended up extinguishing it ourselves. Expected more practical help from the PM or a call from the Owners."

"One room out of four was so dirty, not clean and didn’t replace new linen from last used (I mean the small room upstair) We did not notify the owner because we have 6 adults and 2 kids, so we thought they expected us to use only 3 rooms. But after came back and read all reviews, seem like we should be eligible to use all the rooms and whole house. Hairs, stained and snack crumbs was found on the bed, no pillows cover on that room.
