The resort is beautiful! I loved being right on the beach, and all the pools being heated was a huge plus. Unfortunately, the check-in process was extremely frustrating, especially considering the cost of the stay. Early check-in isn’t allowed before 4 PM, and even after arriving early and waiting for hours, our two-bedroom villa still wasn’t ready. That really took away from the day.
