Windsor Trip

Clean, modern and the public areas were kept at a comfortable temperature, not over-air conditioned. I would easily stay again.

Bottle of water not given ar checkin, oe nail clippings on room floor, no coffee pods, dirty water left in Keurig, empty conditioner bottle in shower, nearly empty TP roll with no spare, and complimentary coffee hidden inside the $18 per person breakfast buffet (not complimentary). Definitely the worst experience I've had at a Hilton. It was one thing after another that we had to deal with and a constant distraction from the reason for the trip.

It was hard to find due to the fact that there are two hotels with the same name well very similar . And once I got there, I didn’t have a choice but to do valet for $45. But they checked me in pretty quick and the room was clean. Property was clean. But I love this. They have a restaurant and bar on property. It was large and clean.

Room was clean, staff was excellent. Would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Cleveland

Nice to be in arcade good location pretty dead downtown as no games but very comfy quiet room. We enjoyed our stay.
