"We so wanted to love this hotel, and while it was great in many ways, it also fell short in some. Staff was great, especially Roy at check-in and the Chef at breakfast. Downsides: Hot water ran out at a critical moment when trying to take a shower. Evidently this is a common complaint. Be aware… Also, the advertised indoor pool would have been fantastic - except that it isn’t heated, thus cold as can be. We skipped that. The hotel is right next to I-101 and while the windows are great, there is a bit of ambient noise during the night. Not much. Otherwise this hotel is beautiful, nice and modern, with beautiful furnishings. It is a mere 6 min to Healdsburg and close to other nearby towns. Affordable for sure! "

"This one was is a mixed bag. The property is in an odd location, convenient but undesirable,. The room and actual building are not bad however, attention to detail is lacking. When I checked in the gentleman at the desk was very friendly and professional but when he asked his manager a question, she was incredibly rude, because I am a Hilton honors member he was assigning me the same grade room, but one in a better location, she intervened instructing him to give me the worse room and remove my Hilton honors points because I booked on Expedia. I wouldn’t stay there again just because of her incredibly unprofessional attitude. They do not have any legitimate dining options, which seems odd because there is an ideal space for it. Perhaps they did previously and closed it down, unfortunately it seems like this space has no reason."

"The location to downtown Healdsburg was superb! The suite itself was spacious and had everything needed for a wonderful weekend. 1 major negative, which significantly affected our overall score, was a major concern for us. Upon checking in (which was quick & easy), we noticed 3-4 ants crawling on the nightstand. Did not think too much about it....It happens, and we get it. Upon returning to the suite that evening, we located even more ants on the nightstands, bed, and 1 of our suitcases. We played exterminators and got rid of the ants. The following morning was an absolute nightmare. We found at least 50-60 ants underneath our suitcases and nightstands, and crawling throughout the bedroom. Luckily, we were checking out that morning and just tried to remove the ants we could from our suitcases. Mind you, we had no food or drinks that could attract them. We would strongly consider staying here again, minus the ants roaming around. "
