Online it says free self parking. We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and never been charged for parking while we travel. This time upon check in we were charge $10 per night to leave our car here even though it clearly says parking included and free self parking. I asked when they started charging for parking and was told that they have always charged. Which is a complete lie. Not happy with the unexpected charge at the start of our vacation. If you want to charge for parking it should state that on your site.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. It took almost 15 minutes for anyone to appear at the front desk to help myself and 3 other parties check in. The wait was the reason I rated it a 3, otherwise the stay was nice.

Room smelled of stale smoke even though it was non-smoking. Hair was left in shower drain and on shower walls.

Everything was great! Breakfast was tasty. I would suggest when it’s a cheer competition weekend keeping all the families together and not mixing other guests in between. My room was right in the middle of two cheerleaders and it became loud late at night and early in the morning.

Airport hotel and shuttle did not show for scheduled pickup and when it came 15 minutes late the driver was rude and the shuttle was overbooked with people standing. We made our flight as they were closing the door!
