The staff at the front desk were very accommodating, especially Maham, she was very professional, polite, pleasant, and when I need assistance she was eager to lend a hand, (left my phone behind) and helped me problem solve. "Probably the nicest hotel I’ve stayed at. People are really nice. Bathroom and shower are impeccable. Could not get over how roomy the shower was. Pillows were a little average for me. Spacious room (stayed in a Deluxe). Breakfast was pretty basic and minimal. Only bad thing is there was not much to do around Windsor in late February/Early March. But the hotel itself was great. Would definitely stay again."
