"The staff were so helpful and organised a quick local tour for us as we were only briefly in Windhoek. Breakfast was excellent. The dinner was very elegant but rather ‘haute cuisine’ great for a celebration meal - we enjoyed our plates but prefer to have some more simple dishes on the menu."

I arrived tired and they didn’t have access to my reservation because of the system, had to email receipt of payment, the whole process took 30min because their system was slow and they kept checking inn people who booked from other Plataforms first.
