"Love this property and staff is always very friendly. Valet parking is great, but plan ahead - it can take a while to get your car. We didn't care, as we weren't on a schedule. Clean, nice room, comfortable bed. Food options in the hotel and casino are good. Always feel security is very good here - feel safe. Only negatives are that you have to request daily maid service (only available if you stay 3+ nights), and they were changing over to a new computer system. The i-pad in the room for customer use wasn't operational. Couldn't call for your car early without going down to lobby, and other services took a rather long wait on the phone. Check-out took quite a while - also due I believe to the computer system. We have stayed here several times and enjoyed it. Hopefully, they will get the bugs out of their computer system soon."

"The issue I had was with the inroom tv. It kept turning on throughout my stay. I matter what I did / and the staff did it just would keep turning on. Last night at midnight I had to unplug it bc I had a 3 am wake up. Also, when getting my car from the garage it was absolutely covered in bird poop. For the amount it cost me to park? Not sure if I’d stay or recommend again. Total bummer but is what it is…."

"I love the gentleman at the front desk when I arrived. He is very kind and professional. The property was a mess. You didn’t have to scan your card to get into the building because that was broken. The locks on the sliding patio doors were broken. There was a BB gun hole in the patio door of the first room. My original room had not been cleaned so I was given another room. I heard the cleaning staff say to someone else “ it’s not THAT dirty. In the 2nd room the door handle area was all busted up. There was a strange colored large hand print on the wall next to the bathroom mirror. The bed was just OK. It looked like some people were living there with their own outside chairs. And there are a lot of shady characters hanging around in the parking lot."
