I reserved a room they Expedia for one night, and got my confirmation by text and email. When I presented my confirmation to the desk clerk, he looked in the computer and said they did not have the confirmation. They only had a single bed room available, which wouldn’t do for us and our two grandchildren. Plus it was more expensive. He told me there was nothing he could do, and I needed to take the problem up with Expedia. Thankfully, Expedia got us booked is a much nicer Comfort Suites across the street at the same rate I originally booked. Will not be staying at any Country Inn anywhere if this is how they train their staff!
