The bath tub was covered in some kind of materiel. It was great in areas. Mold above rub on ceiling in many places. Unsure if this black wadded up materiel was a shock or whatever on the floor by the night stand. So disgusting

The rm was dirty, the phone wasnt working, the iron wasnt clean it actually left several spots on my blouse. The remite to the t.v wasnt working. The rug near elevator was stained. Altogether the inside of hotel need to be cleaned. We arrived on the 5/10 & we complained to a gentlemen who was at the desk said he was going to inform housekeeping. No one never showed up to our room. We actually seen him on Saturday too. He didnt say anything. He had a nonchalant attitude. He wasnt people friendly. We checked out early Monday morning & spoke to the manager who was very concerned about our complaint. She took care of it.

We weren't even able to check in because we "live too close" to the hotel. We were having to stay the night somewhere because our AC broke and we have 3 kids including a newborn baby. They wouldn't make an exception and didn't care that we were paying customers. Absolutely ridiculous and infuriating. Now we're running around town to try and find somewhere different at 9:15 at night with 3 kids in tow, well past their bedtime

The hotel was what I expected for a country inn. My room was roomy and clean but well-worn. However, there wasn't a shower curtain or barrier on the shower/tub, so water has been slowly destroying the bathroom door and floor. Check-in and out was easy. would stay again on my next road trip.

This property looks very nice & clean on the outside but that might be the only area that is like that. Upon checking into the room everything seemed fine. I have a family of 5 which is why I went for the two queen beds and a pull out sofa. The pull out sofa had no sheet on it and you could tell they didn’t clean under the sofa in a while because there was so much dirt. The next morning I opened the curtain to get some sunlight and there were so many bugs & roaches on the windowsill. The good thing is I didn’t see any critters crawling while I was there! Other things that I did not enjoy was the fact that every time I asked for new towels there weren’t much available. I informed I needed 5 towels and they would only have 2/3 towels. The kicker that really upset me was the elevator breaking down on my 2nd night there & my room was on the top floor! Imagine walking up 4 flights with a toddler and checking out with luggage & a toddler! It would have been nice if they would have done something for those inconvenienced on the top floor. Oh and the soda machine didn’t dispense any change on the 4th floor. Overall, the rooms weren’t that bad but it could be better if it was properly cleaned. Last but not least breakfast was ok except for the eggs & turkey sausage.

The hotel is clean and the staff friendly. If you're a Choice Privilege member, check around for the best price. The price for the room that I stayed in would have been $30 more per night through their reward program than making a reservation elsewhere!

We were influenced by the rating, where this hotel was rated as very good. This hotel is good at best. When we entered our room, the curtains were ripped, the toilet seat was broken. Also you can hear all the other rooms around. Not exactly what I would consider a very good hotel. We will definitely not return there on our next trip next year.

Pool was gross. It needs chemicals and a good scrubbing. Steps and bottom were slimey and water was cloudy with stuff floating on top that i tried to skim out but it didnt help. Learn how to maintain your pool please. We wanted to swim but it was too dirty. The rest of the hotel was ok

I reserved a room they Expedia for one night, and got my confirmation by text and email. When I presented my confirmation to the desk clerk, he looked in the computer and said they did not have the confirmation. They only had a single bed room available, which wouldn’t do for us and our two grandchildren. Plus it was more expensive. He told me there was nothing he could do, and I needed to take the problem up with Expedia. Thankfully, Expedia got us booked is a much nicer Comfort Suites across the street at the same rate I originally booked. Will not be staying at any Country Inn anywhere if this is how they train their staff!

The entire place smelled like marijuana, it was disgusting. I had my kids with me so that was fun to explains that horrible & nauseating smell. The pull out couch was awful. The mattress had no padding & the metal was hard & poking through. The overall room cleanliness was questionable & I had to wipe surfaces down. It was a really disappointing stay & we won’t be making this same mistake again.

Room was moderately clean. If you really looked around you would see a few dead bugs on the floor. The linens were clean. The breakfast was redundant and pretty bland, not big on fresh fruits, just apples, and selections of yoghurt was just two and nothing special about cereals or bread products.
