Where do I begin?? The reception staff was NOT helpful. The woman that seemed to be the manager wasn't pleasant at all. Felt like I was a bother to her. My room's bathroom shower was clogged and at 1030pm I was moved from one room, with a view to the garbage alleyway to another, and no upgrade was offered, no apologies..nothing-just "we're going to have to move you". I had to ask them to remove the "resort fees" to make up for this or she would have done nothing! Also, The AC was motion sensored so you would have to be moving all night to have the AC stay on, or else it would shut off.. I had a block of rooms reserved for my 10 clients -they all expressed the same experience. It was very very embarrassing! Then lets just move to KASSI-Rooftop-because here you will find the most arrogant, aggressive manager on site. His name is George, and he shouldn't be in the service business. Was threatening to remove us from the place after we had already sat down and ordered drinks and apps. We had a cigarette that we had expressly been told we could smoke upstairs from staff in reception, but he was telling us incessantly that he was goig to remove us. He took the cigarette from our hands because he didnt think we would I will say, Miguel from downstairs and Dan the server upstais at Kassi and the staff at the cafe were kind and sweet. I feel the need to call them out because they really made up for the rest of the ppl there.
