"We arrived late in the evening and check in was a little disorganized as the front desk rep had to go and check on a room to make sure it was clean before they would let us to the room. A = Odd that this single room wouldn't have been cleaned already and B = Why not just provide a room you KNOW is cleaned instead of the customer having to stand and wait at the front desk for the rep to go and check?
The hallways were extremley warm and humid. I understand it's not a space that needs to be fridgid, but it is a common space and a cofortable temp would be nice for guests.
Room was alright. AC was cold, which is welcoming for a hot summer visit. The bathroom was average and the shower was poor with signs of "black" around the edges of the shower basin and corners of the basin. Seems like a little scrubbing and bleach would resolve this.
Right across street was a homeless camp. Didn't feel unsafe, but still a little scetchy when leaving your car parked in the lot.
Breakfast buffet was decent. Those stupid conveyor pancake maker machine are so problematic (not the hotel/facility fault)... just replace with those waffles makers. the machine was having issues 2 out of the 4 mornings we were there. Selection was good for hot food. Biscuits & Gravy, Cheese Omelets, Potato, Bacon/Sausage, Oatmeal, Cereal, Breads, Juices.
Would we stay again, potentially.
No EV Chargers on site. Would be great if the hotel would add two Level 2 chargers for guests...huge perk and draw with those."
