Even though there was a big weddin happening and the guest of the wedding to be staying at the hotel. The staff handle the check ins and crowd effectively and efficiently.

Very upset about this. For 300 a night service was not what I expected. The front desk was very nice and tried to help me but the tip being written without my consent was very uncalled for !

It was a nice hotel on the riverfront easy to where we needed to be. It state it had a pool and it did not. Also only 1 elevator was working!
It is a clean hotel but pretty spartan for the money. The hotel staff checking me in was in no way welcoming, and apparently believes a smile requires too much effort. It is located in a nice part of town, but the hotel offers little in the way of amenities. I found it hard to believe that a hotel for which I paid $300 per night would charge for Wi-Fi (at $12.50 per day). I didn't expect any breakfast and was thus not disappointed on that. Not sure where else there is to stay in Wilmington, but I would search a lot harder next time.

Nice hotel in a beautiful area. But neither the phone nor the TV in the room worked! Staff came to look and said that the TV functions hadn't worked for months. He said he fixed the phone but it still didn't work. Really disappointing for such a high end property.
Stayed here overnight due to my daughters dance competition and her needing to be ready early in the morning. Beautiful hotel but VERY pricey for one night.
Everything was a bit run down. The chair had stains on it, the mirror was chipping in the bathroom, the tv didn’t work, etc. overall, it was fine for what we were there for - sleep - but it was a bit run down.

Furnace was noisy and interrupted sleep. Trash on the ground outside the hotel. Common areas not clean.

Wonderful service. Loved that they offered toys at the front for kids--brilliant. Great room service, which is hard to find these days. The one complaint was the pillows were not terribly comfortable! We also had very little hot water. But overall, great.

Overall I was underwhelming disappointed. There was no microwave in my room, no walk-shower, yellow sheets for bedding, dust everywhere, and it’s located blocks away from the hood. Stay else where! Worst Westin ever!

Had a staycation with the Mrs. Everything was phenomenal. The suite was great value for the size and amenities. The bar downstairs was nice and the service was very accommodating and friendly.
