Vinny at the front desk went above and beyond the call of duty in making our check in experience go smoothly. And he went and got us an extra chair so i could work at the desk. Room was clean. Nothing fancy. A working man's, functional motel at a great rate. Very handy to the airport also. Will definitely use them again.

The sheets was very dirty as well as toe bath towel very dirty looking. Bed bug bites it was horrible don’t expect to go back there no time soon. And the floors it was dirty as well need shampoo I was scared to walk around without shoes on. It was a horrible experience.

First thing, if you had any issues, you should have brought it to the attention of the staff which you never did. We never had any complaints with bed bugs and if there were any in the room you stayed you might have brought them on to the property. If you didn't like the place, you should probably be checking out the very first day and not stay for a week to checkout. OfCourse do not come back to the property anytime.

the room was small the blankets looked stained. The elevator sort of worked. parking was marginal We booked another room at another hotel. i called you're company for a refund. still waiting for a response.

The key cards kept failing to work multiple times per day. Lots of beer bottles and cans laying around by side door. Vending machines were empty. Some of the doors to other rooms looked like swat kicked it in. I don’t think the carpet has ever been vacuumed for the last couple years. The only saving point is the place is cheap and the evening lady was very helpful to the best of her abilities despite the poor management of the property and insufficient staffing and supplies.

This hotel was a dive , I walked in the door of the motel feeling that it wasn’t right, then when we got to the room it was even worse, old furniture that looked like it was picked up on the side of the road. Bed spread was old and had bleach stains. I turned around and went to the desk and canceled my stay. Still waiting for my money back.

Room had a desk but no chair? I mean, WHAT? Moreover the aircon was quite the noisiest I've even encountered. It was like sharing a room with a truck diesel eating a flock of starlings. And the lift quite frequently refused to go up. Down, yes. Up, no. On the plus side, it was cheap.

My door card kept not working, plus the internet didn’t really work for me until after midnight. A highway worker who has been staying there a month said the Internet usually doesn’t work. The staff there is good and the room was fine. I will probably try to stay somewhere else next time.

My stay was very homely …. Staff were welcoming, attentive, and down to earth. Breakfast was cool, coffee available throughout the day, and water blended with fruit was a daily ritual. They are good folks over there and I’d stay again. Thanks

Finding this hotel is worth it
Nice comfy bed. Shower a bit small, but water pressure was good. Facility was a little hard to find, and didn't have the Ramada sign.

Beverly, the front desk manager was awesome. Canada's ice cold water told us where the laundry was. Just totally convenient to check in and sign me up from Wyndham rewards. Very pleasant lady

What a dump. I know price seem cheap but not even worth it. They seem to be in perpetual construction. The rooms are not clean, tv don’t work, the bathroom faucet broken. For breakfast there is coffee, broken juice machine and a loaf of bread in a plastic container with a toaster beside it. Broken down cars strewn around. Again total Dump

No, will not stay here again
Trash under the bed, remote didn't work, room was not comfortable. Huge mirrors, room was filthy, walls dirty, sheets stained Continental breakfast was coffee, cereal, no milk. Not a good place to stay, glad I didn't take family. Thankful for no bedbugs
