Said they would take a look, when I got back that night temp was around 4* outside put on heat and it blew warm air for about 5 mins then blew cold. Called desk and they said would get it fixed next day. Still no joy, had to buy a heater from Walmart to make it through the last night. Next day was told they were sorry. "

"Although the room was clean where it counts most (bed, sheets, bathroom, kitchen), the hotel seriously lacks attention to details - even large details. The remote control was filthy - like, really gross. I am not sure when the hallways, stairwells, and elevator had been cleaned, either. It is just unsettling that when you see things that should be clean and are not, it makes you wonder where else they cut corners. The bed was comfortable, however the pillows are not. The location is great and it is quiet for being in a busy area, but we will not be returning. "
