The staff was very helpful. Their English is very good. The hotel provided an iron and ironing board on request. Also loanes us an electrical adapter, note- swiss plugs look like German outlets but much thinner prongs. Concierge helped us purchase train tickets. Breakfast was very good with many choices. If you dont see it ask...and leave your room key on the table if you get up, so they know you're returning. Street car is a block away. Lots of stores on Banhoff Strasse. I would stay again.

"Checking in minor problems "not" caused by owners but Ai communications. We missed an email with instructions. Even though problem not the owners they upgraded our room. Nice touch. Want to compliment "Eveline" at desk who really went out of her way to make sure our stay was positive. Breakfasts ..."
