"Our room had an awful smell like either smoking or urine ! I did tell the man at the counter but that was it! We had to sleep there 2 nights. We will probably stay there again as that was our 3rd time but I will request not to have room 12 "

"The room was average for the price, a bright light outside the window all night with vehicle blinds that didn't block it out. "

"We loved it here. It had great cooking facilites. No mirror for makeup prep so i bought one from an op shop. It would be great to have a hotel pull out one attached to the wall under the TV so makeup can be done sitting at the dining table. I highly recommend and we will be staying again."

"Mercure Barossa Valley was absolutely beautiful. A great, dog-friendly apartment, peaceful surroundings, and such a lovely property. The Manager and GM were incredibly friendly.
