"The room was filthy, smelled horrible. Shower was broken, parts of the faucet in the tub just laying on the floor. Maintenance thankfully came and fixed it. That was the only positive. Phone was broken, moldy windows. Do yourself a favor and avoid staying here. "

"It was very clean and the breakfast was hard boiled eggs, yogurt, waffles, bagels, prepackaged muffins, bananas, apples, cereal and simple things like that. We walked to the Ark and it wasn’t too bad of a walk. You can see the entrance from the hotel entrance. It is motel style where the room doors are outside and no common hallways breakfast is located in the office across the parking lot but it was still convenient."

"We rented two double bedrooms and each room had a sofa bed. We requested adjoining rooms and were pleasantly surprised when that's what we got. The shuttle to/from the airport was easy to use, prompt, and we had interesting conversations with the friendly driver. The hot breakfast was good and plentiful. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if in the area. "

"It was extremely dirty & the condition of the walls, ceiling, & ect was very bad. You seen holes & maybe water damage that had kind of been patched up but not correctly. The person who painted this room didn't know how to paint. The sink was missing the stopper so there was just a hole at the botton. So many things. The furniture condition was atrocious too! I had a non smoking room & its a lie to say that it had never been smoke in before. You could notice a strong smell of smoke. The beds & pillows were very unforfortable too. I would highly recommend not staying here.
If you look at the pics of the hotel everything looks good until you arrive in your room. The idea of the hotel is a very good one with the pool area & all but its like after it was built someone bought it maybe & just let it get run down."
