So what I can say about the property is that it can use some updates and more amenities. Rooms are dated and in need of some TLC. The common areas specially the bathrooms can use some constant cleaning. My family and i made the best out of the trip but out of all the Williamsburg hotels / villas i have stayed in this by far is the worse.

They need updates. But honestly it wasn’t bad for the money. Main updates should be bathroom faucets (they were all or nothing) and coffee makers. The rest I can live with. Oh and the front desk staff needs a few lessons in customer service. Very poor check in experience. Very noisy lobby and the person checking me in was too busy paying attention to the noisy group to even tell me about the property or events. They said they signed me up for text notifications for events and I didn’t receive a single one. “Pantry” closes way too early for summer (5pm).

We stayed in a 2-BR that was spacious and very clean. The pool was nice. There was a DJ both evenings and a movie night by the pool. I highly recommend this resort.

Nice property around the resort. However, the interiors need some major updates. I understand that we stayed in an older unit, but the beds! I actually threw my back out sleeping on those horrible beds. They really need to consider changing out the mattresses resort wide. I’ve stayed there many times and this has always been a problem. I have finally had it, and I won’t be staying there again….my back can’t take it!

The property is old. My room had the screen falling out, hair in bathroom, smell upon entering condo, bugs, tv did not shut off, drain in bathroom did not work. Could be a good place but needs a lot of updating. Location not bad.

Check in was easy, staff was friendly and the condo itself was great, layout wise. It was clean but had a musty/past smoke smell that wasn’t pleasant. The hallway/stairwell was even worse, had to hold our breaths going in and out. We were only there two nights so made it work. We didn’t use any amenities.

It was a nice place thou the room we stayed in needs a little attention the phones didn’t work the tolit ran all the tym the tv in bedroom come on and off at random tyms of night other than than the place was great pool hot tub game room were clean and staff were great

I really enjoyed my mini vacation everything was wonderful I just wish the hot water for the hot tub in our room stay hot long enough to fill the tub lol but other than that my family had a great time we really enjoyed the indoor pool amd got to use the outdoor pool our first day arriving we definitely planned to revisit again!

We are owners at vacation village and they did not treat us at such. They never asked if we were owners and gave us an old outdated room. During check in, there was an old man with some issues and the woman did not interact with him professionally. After he left, she and other staff proceeded to speak about him in front of everyone in the lobby.

1st room they tried to put us in smelled like cigarette smoke. When I called to complain, they immediately asked if we wanted housekeeping to come!? Like really? What are they going to do besides spray air freshener. They did eventually move us. The next room was better, but still not great. Very dated furniture and bathroom fixtures. The tub was stained from the water. Then, Saturday morning, the free WiFi went out, and was out all day. Which was problematic for us, as the couple that we were traveling with needed it for work. There was hardly any cell reception at the resort.

For our family of (5) this was so much better than a single hotel room, yet comparable in price. Stocked kitchen was appreciated. Beautiful grounds and quiet. An easy 10min drive to most anything including Colonial Williamsburg & Busch Gardens. Highly recommend a massage at The Spa. We will stay here again!

The unit was outdated but generally clean. We had extremely noisy neighbors upstairs partying with loud music until 6am both nights, security spoke to them but they still continued shortly after. The kitchen could use some more cooking utensils.
