Staff was nice but the AC in room didnt work which made the room humid and mold was growing on the ceiling. A piece of the bed was broken and sticking out and cut my ankle on it. The shower was barely warm/cold. Tiles were falling off the baseboard. The breakfast was ok but the bacon and sausage were sour and dry.

The hotel was nice, however they gave us a room that had towels on the floor , trash everywhere, and unmade slept in beds. I went back to get a new room and they said the cleaning lady put her log in a different place so they were sorry. Then the new room had a dirty comforter. They were also running out of room keys. The 2 staff ladies were friendly and apologetic. I felt sorry for them having to deal with all of that.

Our room was not the best. The bed was very hard and was very worn out. Our toilet was not even mounted to the floor so every time you used it, it would move all over the place.

It’s sad I have to report the bad things because if it wasn’t for them being extreme I would give this property a 5 star rating. First thing was when we opened the door to the room we heard a loud high pitched noise coming from the a/c unit. It stopped when the unit would turn off but would start right back when it was on. It sounded like it was on its last leg. Next, the bed spread had blood on it…yeah let’s leave that there. Then, the tv stopped working (something about the signal being interrupted). It started back about an hour later. The last incident was the washcloth had blood on it…a lot of blood. I hadn’t seen it until I had begun to wash my face… MY FACE!! I’m sorry but no way the cleaning staff didn’t see any of this.

Upon checking in, we noticed how unkept the building was. We checked in and our first room smelled like death, trash everywhere in the corners, and we ended up changing rooms. The second room still smelled terrible, trash under chair, toilet was leaking, and the AC made the room feel damp. We purchased air freshener and braved through it. On the plus side, we did not see any bugs. We don’t plan to return to this location while visiting the area again.
