Room was huge like a small apartment love the separate bedrooms and having 2 bathrooms made it so much better to stay as a family. My biggest down fall to a hotel in my opinion is the 1 bathroom to share with my husband and 3 teenagers so it made getting ready and getting out so much easier for us.

We stayed at this hotel when visiting Williamsburg. It is very close to this tourist attraction. Great outlet shopping nearby with just about every shop you would want. Restaurants galore. Now, for our room. It was located right beside the elevator which had tile floor so it was noisy due to wheels on suitcases being rolled by. Quite a gap under the door so any hallway noise came right in. I would rate the breakfast as a 5 out of 10. I've had worse and I've had better.

Comfort Inn Gateway is very clean, has an excellent hot breakfast, and great rates. One chilly evening my heat would not work. The young lady at the front desk could offer no solution including moving to another room. Since I was leaving the next day, I had no viable choice but to stay and be cold. I am a repeating guest; I was disappointed.

All is great! Very nice hotel to stay at. The bathroom amenities are very good. Also the fridge and microwave. Nice wide, bright hallways. Can't yet comment on breakfast as this is still the first night here.

Many ammenities were not as advertised. Entrances were hugely inconvenient - luggage had to be negotiated up stairs to enter the building. No internet in rooms and guest computers not working. Staff decieved guests about work arounds to obtain internet. No paper towels for wiping down gym equipment. Steep stairs to enter lobby unsafe. Useless plastic eating utensils in breakfast room. Instant oatmeal, not cooked. Rude guests playing obnoxious music on cell phones unchecked by witnessing staff. Dirty upholstered furniture.
