The private beach was great, spent most of our time there. The buffet was really good as well (though during our stay, it appeared the coffee machines kept breaking down so there were always long lines for that.) the grounds were well kept and modern. The rooms were decent and did the job. Overall it was a nice resort.

Staff could have been attentive. Other resorts, staff came to you to make sure you are happy; do you need food or drink? Overall, they weren't as friendly as at other resorts; please do not read as rude or not nice, just not as attentive. Great hotel with lots of potential and room for improvement. Food was great together with top shelf alcohol. One thing this hotel was lacking is staff members. Each bar had one bartender randomly two which extended wait times for drinks. Same thing was with restaurants. Long wait times. We spoke to couple from Canada that were at the same resort 3 years ago and service was much better. Another service that this hotel lacked was no service at the beach.

The hotel room and grounds were well kept. The staff were excellent and attentive. We loved all the inclusive amenities. They food was delicious with plenty of options. I would recommend more wait staff for Sofra Turkish and Maya Mexican restaurants as it took a long time for the food and it was cold when it got to us. Having the beach right on the faculty was a plus. Clear water and beautiful views. The beach was clean and welcoming with plenty of beach lounges. The bar staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Overall, an exceptional experience and will recommend to others.

Our family's five-day stay at The Rif was an excellent choice. The resort is perfectly suited for a family getaway, offering a wealth of fantastic amenities. We particularly enjoyed that we had access to the facilities shared with the other side of the resort, which gave us even more options for dining and recreation. The customer service was largely very good, with many staff members going out of their way to be helpful. While we did have a couple of encounters with less pleasant staff members, these were the exception rather than the rule. The quality and attentiveness of the rest of the team far superseded these few negative experiences. We had a wonderful time and would happily return.

The staff were courteous but at the restaurant service was slow. I put that down to being understaffed. The food in all the eateries was very good except for the Japanese restaurant where it was so so. We had a room with a private pool which we very much enjoyed. The room was clean. Sometimes we had to ask for more hand towels but that was rare. The drinks were great. We did find that getting our wine at the bar before heading to the restaurant was a good idea.
