"I must say, one man that worked at the bar and restaraunt was very kind. Informative. The rest of the staff was young adults. Not very good at what they were doing. Management is awful. There is no one there at any time of day, if one needs anything. It was a struggle (and a day wait) to get another pillow and towel. The pillows are empty pillow cases. "The room was very good, but i thought the bathroom is in the room, which wasnt, on the quadriple room that i reserved was mentioned Bathroom, which makes you think its in the room, but hnfortunately it was outside. We were charged an extra 250.12 euro at the end of our trip for 4 adults and 2 children. They have tried to charge us this amount twice. We are alerting the visa fraud team about this now. Die Matratze war eine einzige Katastrophe - es lage eine dünne Matratze auf dem Doppelbett und man kam sich vor, wie im Treibsand. Habe die dünne Matratze dann mitten in der Nacht runtergezerrt und da war dann ein riesen Fleck auf der Boxspringmatratze...super. Die Nacht hab ich jedenfalls so gut wie gar nicht geschlafen. Nie wieder!"
