"The property is excellent. 5 Stars!!! The problem was that we went to the address given on the confirmation but nobody was there to talk to. Since we had no WiFi available we could not contact the phone number supplied and nobody sent a reply when we finally had a WiFi connection. Luckily for us, one of the residents across the street came and contacted the people at Urban Retreats. "The location was excellent and walking distance from the beautiful English market, shops and restaurants. Since it is a student accommodation I was prepared to a less confort, but our family stay was great. The place super clean and the person working at the registration desk was wonderful. Overall a great experience. "

"I loved the hotel, exactly as described . It was spotless, clever signage . All the staff were outstanding. Pool an gym set up were great. The rooftop restaurant was top notch. I slept so well there. Great mirror shower. Ask for extra coathanger s, as lack of storage was a thing. Treat yourself an stay there."
