" Our plane was held up from Chicago and we called to the property. The night staff was very friendly and had us all set for a later check-in. In the morning, we were surprised to find that the site offered gluten-free choices which is literally unheard of. "Pool slide was broken no one mentioned it until arrival, biggest reason for booking... Had the verdant thermostat's which couldn't be changed front desk tried to call maintenance no response from them. Ended up getting the window to open for cool air. Too be fair the staff on duty did try to help but couldn't due to lack of knowledge"
