"LOVELY simple, clean room with great view. It made me calm and the bed was nice and felt good. Loved the flowers in some of the rooms in the castle. The breakfast was ok. A bit boring. The boiled eggs icecold and the scrambled eggs made with pulver. It would have been fantastic to eat the breakfast somewhere else then the celler. But I loved this place. "

Most of the tourist attractions are on the other side of the station but about a block away there are some lovely restaurants and shops. My room was very clean, the staff were terrific. "Outstanding stay. The friendliest and nicest people in Europe. Delicious breakfast with tons of healthy choices. Comfortably and very nice room. Train station is in front of hotel but the rooms are completely sound proof! Kudos to Cherry for the best customer service and always making sure we had drinks. Thank you so much. "Loved this charming hotel. Beautiful details and character in this wonderfully located property. However, there was no on-site parking nor air conditioning. To control room temperature we had to have the windows open and given it’s wonderful location, There was a fair amount of street noise. Complementary breakfast was awesome; Many different options and well presented.."

"I liked that this property was right in the middle of Uppsala. It was really easy to get around to see other things, and there were many great food options available surrounding the hotel. Our rooms were very big in comparison to other hotels we had in Sweden. However, there was no refrigerator in our room. I'm not sure if we had to ask for one or not. "
