"We had a disabled room which was quite large. The bed mattress was quite firm & very good. The bathroom was huge. The shower door was in 4 parts & folded flat against the wall. The kitchen was well stocked & the motel hallways were wide so if you did have a wheelchair (we didn't), it would be no hassle. The motel was very quiet but noise came through the windows from the idiots revving & carrying on in their souped up cars all night. Was the most pleasant room in a motel we have stayed. Didnt use any faciities except the under cover car park."

"Location is perfect. Amenities of site are wonderful for young kids. Maintenance of the cabin needs to be improved with more attention to detail - they were clean and serviceable and as indicated above - the location is perfect !"

"Our stay in Gladstone was disappointing overall. The after-hours check-in process was complicated and not clearly communicated, which made arrival stressful. Unfortunately, the room itself was not well maintained, with a ripped chair and used dental floss left on the bathroom floor, which raised concerns about cleanliness. This property needs better attention to detail and housekeeping standards to meet basic guest expectations."

"Whilst the room was clean and comfortable the amenities were limited. No microwave and only the top if the fridge to boil a kettle. No toaster nor a bench top in the bathroom. There was no car parking close to our room. Once we had removed our luggage we had to park our car approximately 100 meters away."

"Rooms had been renovated but ugly worn lounges sat in there. Showers didn’t drain properly and water ran out into bathroom, obvious design fault. Didn’t use the restaurant but it looked good. Cafe down stairs looked good too but the app in the room that lets you order indicated they were open but their sometimes not so check. Other than that good value for money on a budget."

"What a great hotel. The manager was fabulous. We were upgraded to a villa for the week. Spacious room and bed was very comfortable. Right next to the beach. Kitchen was well stocked and everything was grand. Thanx Liri. "
