"Countryside hotell in gorgeous surroundings. The rooms are clean, spacious and many rooms have access to terraces. We used the swimming pool which was excellent and well maintained. The restaurant and the food fit the place with large portions of tasty food. We enjoyed sitting at the restaurants terrace in front of the hotel until the late in the evening. "We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at the hotel. It was small and quiet with a nice breakfast. Note that it is difficult to find on Google maps, so I would advise getting directions ahead of time. You check in and get your key at the restaurant down the street. The restaurant is a nice place to walk to and eat dinner. "

"The room was not fancy but there are not many choices in the area. It was nice to stay with reasonable price. The food was nice. I think the owner is also working as a chef. The area was also nice to walk around in the evening. It was nice to taste the quiet life in the farming area. It was a very unique experience. I want to stay in the same place again. "

Excellent Customer Service.

"There are many reasons why this hotel was excellent for our family. The hotel is clean, overall the breakfast is great and the staff is friendly and helpful. I had a situation with my reservation that required some care and Lisa from the front desk went above and beyond to help me and my family. I cannot say enough good things about her and her kindness towards my family. It is employees like here that make all the difference in the world for a guest. She was compassionate and went above and beyond the call of duty to help me out. If there is anything you can do to recognize her excellent costumer service skills. Had it not been for her we would have likely not made it to Rothenburg and added extra days to our stay. The hotel staff was also very helpful when I requested an earlier check-in for my additional 2 days at the hotel. I told them that my husband had mobility issues and was feeling ill and that it would be very helpful if he could have access our new room earlier than normal. The young lady at the front desk called the maids and asked them if they could clean the room for us and it was done within an hour. That's what I call, excellent customer service. As it turns out, my husband wound up needing to go back to the hotel room to get the rest he needed. It made all the difference in the world for us for he was in a lot of pain that day. Breakfast was excellent but eggs were ok and wish restaurant food was at a lower price point."
