"Breakfast very good. Staff friendly. Only hotel is quite close to Autobahn so convenient but also noisy. Also quite hot due to concrete structure."

"Check in was a bit tricky because our phones weren’t working properly. The room was fantastic and Anna was super helpful. The only problem was that we kept getting lost in the castle! It was a great stay, and we saw the resident falcons."

"Friendly staff, clean room and everything in general, beautiful location."

"Fantastic place with very nice clean rooms. Staff are super helpful"

"Very nice place to stay. Front desk staff is the friendliest and most helpful that I've seen for a long time. Good buffet breakfast selection. Spa and pool a short walk from hotel and the prices were reasonable. We will stay here again"

"Clean room helpful staff didn’t use any amenities"

"Schönes Hotel im Fichtelgebirge. Sehr gutes Frühstück und freundliches Personal. Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"The staff we met were extremely friendly and really made us feel welcome. The hotel is not luxurious but it had all we needed and was really good value for money."

"It’s a Wellness and Spa Hotel and I failed to make an appointment for the Services. My room wasn’t cleaned during my stay and it’s inconvenient for elderly to walk up the stairs to the upper rooms. Faraway from everything to site see and shopping."

"Very nice place, well maintained, extremely clean, very big room, excellent breakfast beautifully presented and very fresh, big parking lot. Every staff person was lovely, kind and welcoming. Room was beautifully decorated and having all I needed for a pleasant stay. Free tea/coffee facilities in a shared space with available honesty bar. I definitely recommend this place for business or pleasure trip, alone or with loved ones. Thank you very much to all the lovely staff!!"

"Lovely place in the country. Easy parking, good food, friendly staff. "

"Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit"

"Very beautiful location, very nice rooms. Sweet staff, nice restaurant "

"This hotel claims that the staff speak English and Geeman. The lady who welcomed us in the reception spoke English and German, one lady in the restaurant spoke German - but the others we met seemed to panic by the language challenge. Our room was huge, had a comfortable bed (but strange pillows) and a big balcony (sad view apart from the beautiful sunset). Toilet and bathroom were seperated: the toilet was in the smallest room possible, without sink or hand sanitizer. The bathroom was big, nice...

"Empfang war sehr freundlich, man kann jederzeit das Team ansprechen. Frühstück mit regionalen Produkten . Preisleistung ist okay. Hotel ist empfehlenswert. Ideal für Kurzurlaub direkt am Fichtelberg. Hotel ist zu empfehlen."

"We have been staying in this hotel on our summer journey from Spain to Poland for many years now. It is always a pleasure to dine there in the evening and enjoy the ample breakfast in the mornings served by the very attentive host. I thoroughly reccomend it! Mike Hammond ."
