Its a very nicely run hotel.We enjoyed our stay alot the staff made it feel special and nothing seemed to much trouble.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Great hotel in great location with great staff. Used as a base for Christmas Markets and it was perfect. Loved every minute of our 3 night stay - but it is quite expensive !

I was excited to visit this brand new property as soon as I saw the ad online and it did not fail to impress. Absolutely gorgeous property, inside out. Rooms stylish very comfy and practical as well. Lobby area, cafe restaurant and the new opened bar will definitely be a meeting point for non guests as well. I’d like to note that the building itself adds beauty to the area, which is something that often does not occur. Highly recommended and will definitely be back!

I could give more stars if I could. This is a lovely clean hotel with very polite and helpful staffs. The environment is so clean and quite we had a very good stay here. We were travelling from UK to Turkey by car. Our first stop stay was this hotel as we left the following day 2 hrs later the kind gentlemen called us and has said we've forgotten out passport folder with all our documents and passports so we had to turn back from Hungary back to the hotel. Beautiful period hotel, 10 mins walk from opera house. Really comfortable bed, nice local beer in the mini bar, tea/coffee making. Excellent customer service, they even gave us a complimentary pot of mustard when we checked out! Breakfast was included with a surprisingly excellent range of quality choices, in a pretty dining room. We would definitely stay again.

We had a lovely stay at Das Tigra, conveniently located to city centre . The breakfast was excellent .The only unfortunate thing was the Chambermaid staff did not pay attention to detail, eg requested non feather bedding but feather pillows were on the bed, Tea and hair products were not replaced daily.The cleaning of the bathroom was not up to standard. However the front of house staff were very attentive and remedied the issues . I would return if these issues are addressed.

Traveling to Austria and Vienna for the first time, you have no sense of areas, hotels, etc - so you take a shot in the dark, read online reviews and hope for the best. Hotel Alstadt did not disappoint! Just came from Amsterdam and a splurge at Hotel D L'Europe, we wanted something low key, affordable and cooler. This hotel is all that. Lovely clean hotel with a delightful aroma on entry and helpful, Friendly Staff. Breakfast was excellent and offered a real variety. Main shops a 20 minute walk away.

Lovely hotel, quite old-fashioned in operation (have to hand key in every time you go out), but lovely staff, great location, and the superior double was a huge room with separate clothing store/wardrobe room, big bathroom, comfy sofa, large bed. If I visit Vienna again, would happily stay here again.

From check in till check out we had the most enjoyable experience. The staff is very friendly and we got upgraded to a Grand Deluxe Room which was huge. The amenities are of a very high quality. Small details such as a shower with all electronic controls were very sophisticated. Housekeeping ensured a lovely turn down every day. Concierge and reception staff were very friendly and informative.
