Prompt airport shuttle going and coming. Very economical parking while we flew. Professional and personable staff. Very comfortable bed. Very clean. Amazing breakfast. Everything excellent except for pool area which was a real disappointment all 3 nights we stayed at Wichita Airport Springhill Suites. Neither pool nor hot tub were up to a comfortable temperature. The hot tub is dangerous with no step downs. Either close the hot tub or put in the standard 2‘6“ hot tub with two step downs and one that actually bubbles.
