"Room was average and had an unbearable stench. Pool/hot tub water dirty sp did not get in. Breakfast was OK. Same menu both days but had to wait on food in buffet line ro be restocked. Would not recommend a stay."

"Room was clean, looks like building needs some upgrades though. Something strange is going on in the pool room, with high heat and humidity and no ventilation, there is either mildew or mold because my nose started running within only 15 minutes in there. Pool was small, but clean. Breakfast area was kept up nicely and food looked like typical hotel offerings: Belgian waffle irons, hot biscuits, sausage links, scrambled eggs, gravy, bagels, etc. Hotel service was friendly, but we did have issues with the key card and had to visit the front desk on 3 different occasions. We just stayed 1 night but I would not want to stay for multiple nights."

"I didn't expect 5-star amenities for the rate I paid, but I DID expect what was listed on the website. There was NO breakfast of any kind. Room was musty smelling, stains on the carpet, broken plaster and furniture. The bathroom door had been broken at some time and never repaired. We had to go to the front desk twice to get a TV remote that worked. There were no phones in the rooms, as "the system didn't work". I'm guessing that's why there also wasn't a smoke alarm in the room! I fairness, the water was hot from the taps. I'd seek a refund, but I doubt that Expedia would do that. The rate was very low. I would have, probably, had as good of an experience at one of the "by the hour" places in the red-light district of town."

"We stayed for two nights, and while the outside and lobby looked nice, the room itself was very disappointing. There was no overhead light, the bed sheets had burn holes and stains, and the towels had yellow and brown stains on them. We even requested fresh towels from the front desk, but the replacements were stained as well. The bathroom had a musty smell, and there was no shampoo provided in the room. The staff was friendly and accommodating, but unfortunately the condition of the room overshadowed the positive service. I wouldn’t recommend staying here for more than one night."
