Somehow our Expedia reservation didn’t make it into the Doubletree’s system. The staff was very accommodating however the price was substantially higher than the Expedia one. When I pointed this out the staff and manager immediately rectified the situation honoring the Expedia price. Doubletree was great as was the staff. I’m not sure where the communication breakdown occurred.

Overall, this was a nice property. I appreciate the daily cleaning and amenities. The pool did have a strong urine smell early in the morning.

The staff were extra friendly and inviting. The bar tender was excellent. He helped us out on a last call with no complaints. The shuttle service is a nice feature and the driver gave 0 complaints even with a late night trip. Overall our group was happy with the accommodations.

The tub would not drain for my shower. Virtually nothing can overcome the disgusting discovery of standing in ankle deep water when you shower

Wonderful service from desk, waitress, and transport. Property is clean and well kept. The need to douse each room with scent was not necessary and offensive to my sinuses and eyes.

Price paid should have come with breakfast, key’s didn’t work had to go to front desk several times to rekey, pool door was locked when should have been open had to wait till got right key to open, and most staff were friendly but the one that checked us in not so much.

Not free parking! Don’t be fooled!
The booking site and the website both say free parking and airport shuttle. However when you check in, you are told it is $9 per day to park your car there. This was the entire reason I spent $120 for the hotel was for the free parking-that I am now paying for! Not cool Double Tree! We will never be back!

The property lists free parking and airport shuttle. We were then told it’s $9 per day to park there if you are flying somewhere—who is staying at the airport hotel and not flying somewhere? The whole reason we booked this hotel was for the free parking! Very frustrating and the check in hostess was very rude.
