Clean and nice for the price. They charged an extra $20 per night pet fee that was not listed in the hotel pricing and that was annoying (hotel listed as pet friendly so did not realize was extra until I arrive and had pre-paid so was stuck paying it). If charging extra for stuff it should be clearly listed in the pricing summary or under additional charges.

Seemed like a new hotel. Only issue was the shower. The shower curtain kept sticking to my body and I didn’t have anywhere higher up to set my shampoo and conditioner and bar of soap on while taking a shower. Other than that it was a great hotel.

I stayed here for a weekend and it was great, supper clean, all the staff are really friendly, and breakfast is a plus! Only thing is, i wish the blackout curtains worked a bit better, a lot of light still comes in from the top of the curtain and lights up the room, however i would stay here again.

Nice place. Only negative was small size of room and bathroom. It was okay since l we only slept there one night. Would want a larger space if I intended to stay longer

Wife and I enjoyed the hotel and the breakfast was full of choices. Parking was never an issue, but the 3 inch rain soaked the unpaved semi-truck parking lot we noted. It had all that we needed for our stay in Wichita Falls.

This is a brand new property and in general all recent comments I read were accurate - super clean (still new), great new TVs, consistent excellent breakfast. The parking lot is tough in its narrowness and it does botttom out at the exit to the street. My big personal beef is the very bright white lighting in the room - like hospital lighting, even with the bedside lamps. That's not going to change and is the only reason I may not return. Others may not care about that at all, otherwise great value and the area is not great but not that bad, don't let that dissuade you from coming.
