"Nice little one night stopover visiting Bude. Ample parking and easy to find. Straight road into Bude. A little isolated so make sure you buy supplies from Bude on the way back. A few spiderwebs and bugs in the room when we arrived but only because the window was left open thankfully because it was such a hot day. Paula the host was very helpful and friendly start to finish. Will stay again if we visit Bude again."

An EV charger in the same parking area is very helpful, as well. I was surprised that my single room didn't have a TV. "We had a very enjoyable stay at the Wellington Hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We had a lovely evening meal (not included) and an excellent breakfast (included). The hotel is very cosy and inviting. The only issue was the slight awkwardness of the room due to the beams but this was a minor problem and the room itself was well appointed. We would definitely stay there again."
