"The hotel is nice clean and well maintained. The pillows in the rooms is very out dated and have no support they fold them up in the pillow case to make them look fuller . They need to update them with new ones that have way better support this is a higher end hotel time to step it up"

"We arrived around 2PM and they had no rooms cleaned and had to wait on a room which turned out to be an handicap room. Disappointing, as the other couple we were traveling with arrived before we did and were upgraded to a suite. I paid for both of the rooms on the reservation. We were in town to attend a wedding at 4 PM so couldn't wait for another room. Other than that everything was fine."
