"Great stay! Front desk helped us when our room weren’t ready at check in. Very efficient air conditioners and breakfast was plentiful, varied and tasty! So convenient to anything at UT Tyler and especially concerts at the Cowan Center!"

"Breakfast is what you’d expect for a hotel. Pool was freezing and the hot tub was not working. The pool and hot tub was the main reason I booked this hotel. Very disappointed. Had to move rooms due to a bad smoke detector and then the new rooms fridge quit working. Room was relatively clean, sheets had a hole and a few stains. Overall wasn’t horrible but not sure I’d stay here again."

"Got directions from GPS when my family and I pulled up to the hotel it was the wrong La Quinta. When my reservation didn’t pull up they said to try a different La Quinta and hope that it is not the bad one. Here to tell you that it was the bad one. Room felt damp Door didn’t shut and or lock completely Mold was present on the roof Bathroom had no door Bugs on the wall and base board I didn’t have any option to leave or I would have. After we stayed one night I attempted to get a refund for just one night, and got denied. Their own staff at a different hotel same name said “hope it’s not the bad one.”"

"Property was Nice and very open to the shopping center. The Pool wasn't in used and didn't know until after checking in. But it was nice stay, until it was time to check out and the young lady behind the counter was very rude. The warm welcome that I received when checking in and leaving was very different. "
