Very nice home with an awesome backyard to boot..
I nicknamed it the Mr Miyagi backyard.
Host very courteous, friendly and accommodating.
Very clean and nicely decorated.
Only critique I have:
Rooms need dark curtains to keep sunlight out
A TV in the room would also help wind down and fall asleep
A ceiling fan or fan in the room to circulate air in the warm afternoon..
Otherwise wise, thank you Pamela for being a great host and letting us experience Canadian hospitality..

In a residential area very close to other sketchy homes. House was cluttered and seemed crowded. Room was very small. Blinds were not room darkening so it was too light in the room most of the night
Very nice and clean, the only complaint would be, to much light in the room

Nice room with very comfortable bed and large satellite TV. The bathroom was clean and modern and with a very good large shower. However, we had booked a private bathroom and discovered on arrival that it was shared with several other rooms. As it happens only one other guest was staying the same night as us but even so what not what we had booked.
This was my first experience with B&B and the worst for my hotel bookings in so many years.
First, I want to be fair to the host to provide positive feedback. The B&B located in a quiet area with easy parking. The house was clean with nice decoration and a beautiful garden in the backyard. Breakfast was average, dining area was nice and clean.
My reservation showed that I booked a room with a queen bed and a single bed for 2 adults and a young child. However, when we checked in, we were told we need to pay an extra $100 for an additional person and an extra bed. The extra bed we were charged for $40 was not a single bed, instead it was an airbed, which was not comfortable to sleep in. The host showed me many pages of the B&B policy which I didn't receive when I made the reservation. I think there might be some miscommunications between the host and hotels.com for reservation details (guest, beds etc). I said I would pay the extra $100 and asked for some information (I never received the policy from the host) in order to contact hotels.com later to clarify. However, the host was not nice during our discussion and told us we could find another place to stay in Whitehorse and she would still charge us the full amount. She also said I argued with her, which was not true. The WiFi was available from 8am to 9:30pm, however, when we left around 8:20am the next day, no WiFi was available.
I would not stay in this place again and would not recommend to any friends.
This is a great place to stay, This is also the first time we stayed at a B&B and we where quite impressed. We stayed here 5 nights and would gladly come back here again. Everything we wanted to see and do was just a short drive away.
Her dog chewed my shoe. Which was the 17th pair PER hostess the puppy had chewed in 8 months. I gave her a chance before reviewing. She said she'd replace the Reef sandals, luckily only $40, but decided to mail cash instead a whole $10 because in her eyes the fairly new shoes had depreciated. In my book very unprofessional, cheap and rude.
If your dog chews shoes maybe don't make guests take shoes off at the door, not like she was a immaculate housekeeper. Maybe get a shelf for shoes. Having to close baby gates everytime you leave a room ruins the ambience but we did anyway only to still have shoes wrecked.
Bed is ok but breakfast isn't worth to rate.
Self-service was asked - in the refrigerator
found were leftover breads outdated by more than two weeks, and the fruits on the table were dried to wrinkles and decayed.
We, me and my wife, were hurt very much and wrote in their guest book as "we left all the breads and fruits untouched for Your breakfast". I strongly ask Hotels.com to eliminate this B&B from their member list so as to protect other guests in the future. And Hotels.com should appologize us and compensate for the ill-treatment.

Not as expected
Due to one of the highways being closed, we arrived late (22:00) which seem to be a problem for the owner. We were given a downstairs room over the kitchen. At about 6 in the morning, people were walking around in the kitchen. You could even hear the dog running around above our heads.
There was also no air conditioning, which is probably pretty common for this part of Canada. However, the downstairs room was hot when we got there. We noticed that when the door to our bedroom was open and the window was also open, it created a cool draft, but we didn't want to sleep with the door to our bedroom open.
We came back through Whitehorse on the way back from Anchorage. We found a nice, comfortable, hotel room with an AC for about the same price and got a good night's sleep. On our 35 day round trip from Texas to Anchorage, there were only three hotels that I didn't enjoy. This was one of them.
hübsches B&B, grosser Garten, viel Platz für Privatphäre im Garten, ruhige Lage in einem Wohnquartier, mit Auto gut erreichbar

A well maintained home in a beautiful neighbourhoo
Our stay overall was pleasant. The backyard garden was a highlight. Two reasons that I didn't give this place a higher rating: bedroom windows don't have darkening curtain so the room is only dark for a few hours at mid night; wifi is shut down every night at 10pm. By the way, owner also has three puppies in the house. They are all nice and quiet puppies. We were not bothered at all but it can be an issue for some others to only find it out at check-in. Owner has mentioned her puppies in local B&B brochure but I didn't find it on Expedia.
Pam is a great host and her house is very comfortable as are the individual rooms. The breakfast appears to be continental style and could do with a little improvement. This is a very comfortable place and excellent value for the price in Whitehorse. The rooms are very nicely decorated.
