White Sulphur Springs Trip

The property was good but the location is inconvenient, too much traffic to leave the hotel, We left the hotel because you could feel the smell of people smoking around the building.

This place looks nice from the photos, but it's not in the best area, and the quality is cheap, with dirty rooms and everything looking like it's hanging on by a thread.

Staff extremely friendly and the lobby is beautiful. I visited floors, 4,9,11 & 12, for done reason there is a funky, musty smell in the halls and room. I used my perfume and some Lysol spray and turned on the fan to freshen up the room. The rooftop lounge was nice but the hotel should definitely have a separate entrance/elevator for the lounge guests, at certain times, we had to wait a while to get on an elevator to our rooms because of the rooftop guests. Valet situation wasn’t the best, there were always a line of people waiting for their cars. Last thing is that the hotel doesn’t really accommodate celebrations. I was there for my bday and there wasn’t a happy birthday card or banner on the door or, a dessert in the room, or anything like that, which most hotels do. They did give a ticket for a complimentary drink at the lobby bar.

Airport shuttle was difficult to locate, was told it ran 24/7 but it did not. Clean room, comfy bed. Nice staff but not helpful when asking questions about surrounding area. Good location near the airport.
