Stayed here for 2 nights. On our booking through Expedia, there was no mention of building under renovation. We arrived to see all blue tarps covering the building and the front has no concierge or directions. We panicked a little but thank goodness someone picked up the phone when we called and directed us to the village, 5 min drive, to another lodge to register, then to drive back to the apartment. That was a bit inconvenient. Parts of the building inside also under renovation. So door trims and all missing. However, the good is that, appliances all worked. Water pressure is very strong and nice for the showers. Pool and hot tub has amazing views! And the interior (less the Reno) is very Japanese style with a great comfort to it. A double bunk bed added some highlights for our young kids. And being on the first floor it’s actually very surprisingly quiet! All in all we enjoyed our stay.

A pleasant family stay

It was a nice ground floor apartment with two bedrooms 2 bathrooms. Well equipped kitchen, washer n dryer, perfect for family stay. Hot tub and swimming pool with stunning Mountain View. Mins drive to the village, very convenient. Just the driveway is a little hidden and we missed it at the first time.

Holes in the walls

Heads up. This room is presently been renovated but they won't tell you about it. I asked for a partial refund which the owner denied. And the renovation that have been completed are very poorly done.

Better instructions needed and facility maintenanc

The instructions were not clear. The parking lot and facade of the apartment, entrance or driveway are all so bad. There should be a clear and solid warning that there is construction in almost all parts of the apartment and driveway entrance is too narrow so only one car can enter at a time and the car has to be driven reverse to make its way out. The toilet in master bedroom was very bad, because the flush gets clogged and there is a plumb provided which we believe the building manager is aware and just decided to leave the plumb anyway. This should be immediately fixed. Otherwise, the unit is well maintained, very clean and spacious. The place is promising, management just needs better communication, facility management. Bottom line that have to maintain cleanliness of the overall common facilities from parking lot, lift, hallways.
