"The hotel was easy to find and access, benefitting from a great location at the edge of the Whistler Town Centre. It was very convenient to walk to shops and activities in the town centre. Overall, our stay was most enjoyable and I plan to return again."

"Fantastic stay for my 50th birthday..the staff are so welcoming..our room was lovely overlooking the pool and golf range .I only have one issue and that was the gym..I could only use treadmill as the bike and step machine were needing to be plugged in which wasn't available ..I would recommend the Crystal "

"We would definitely recommend the hotel. Couple of draw backs. If you want a short walk to the village, this hotel isn't it. However, if you don't mind a 15 min walk, or don't mind taking the shuttle, this hotel is a winner. Big rooms, all updated with a nice larger pool and two hot tubs. This hotel is the highest up the mountain on the gondala path so its kinda more secluded. No restaurant on site so if you want a pub, this isn't it. "
