"Great location! We were able to walk to whisky row and other great eating spots. Room was good, bathroom counter space was limited but doable. Breakfast was good. First day we ate while a conference group was there so things ran out but filled asap. Parking was not a problem and since it was nice we just walked outside to the door."

"No coffee maker in room, no fan in toilet, very expensive valet service for Kentucky location, bed uncomfortable with on 3 pillows for 2 people"

"The property was clean, good location, check in was great they even got us in an hour before check in which was greatly appreciated. They only clean rooms every 2 days so we did not have cleaning service for our 2 days stay, but they did bring us a second set of towels the first evening there. Our bathroom toilet was not super clean but still acceptable, the rest of the bathroom including shower was super clean. We did put garbage bags out after first night and asked front desk for replacements, they did not have the size needed handy but we gave our room number and they said they would be replaced, that never happened. We just used the wastebaskets without bags for the remainder of our stay- not our choice. We would stay here again if ever in the Louisville area again, the pros definitely outway the cons here."

"Where do I begin? The live bullets in the parking lot, the car windows being broken, the door lock on our room that didn’t work and then we were told there was no other rooms. Then we had a dog bark for 2.5 hours to which we couldn’t reach the front desk because you only get a busy signal. Corporate was called then got us connected to the front desk to which they said, the guest is at a concert and won’t be home for over an hour. Then the hotel proceeded to over charge me by over $500. Now I’ve been fighting to refund my money for two days."
